OEP
OEP OWNS!!! thats all i could sum it up with. Although not much of night life, we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. However, I don't really like the history part of it...too chim. And why do we need to study Melaka's heritage anyway? weird...Well, so much for shopping...4 or 5 times!!! I managed to find Daniel Liu's b'day present haha...there was this little shop along Jonker Walk which makes custom-made pencil cases or little pouches (or bags if you wanna call them). To add a little "flavour", I just attached 2 keychains...glad he liked it a lot even though i accidentally smudged the words!!!So much for the good times...I LOST MY MP4!!! Don't worry haha...it's only worth about $40-$50 SGD? yep cheapskate...wait till I get my i-touch for my b'day! then at least i can have some chance in getting 1000 for dactyl...LLLDDDLLL IS GOING DOWN!! jkjk...ok maybe my title shouldnt be OEP...lets talk about dota shall we? Storm Spirit is rather imba now...DAMAGE OF ULTI=MANA??? WTH??? and the effects of chronosphere (faceless void's ulti) and lucent beam (Luna) are so cool!!! Veno's new shadow strike makes it awesome and undying is now a strength hero like it always should have been...his ulti is ownage too...So yesterday was LLLDDDLLL's b'day party...cool stuff man! David actually invited 3 ppl from New Creation Church who were basically the jammers of the night...sang Hillsongs...totally WOW. I wish it would happen on my b'day...wait long long though...then Samuel organised Mumble Jumble (don't really know how to spell), quite fun! He's so lucky to have 2 brothers specialising in different areas...wonder what he's specialised in...HMMMM....rofl...HAPPY CNY PEOPLE!!!

SCHOOL. SIAN...
y must school fall on a FRIDAY??? it's a little useless don't you think?anyway, it's been a while since i last blogged. On New Year's Eve, I headed to LLLDDDLLL's house for the big countdown party! It was uber fun and we actually slept at 5am after i played soooo much dota! the next day they headed to carnivore while i stayed at his house till dinner when my parents would arrive and eat together there with the other church comm core members.Well, I sooooo prefer last year's teachers to this year's. Thats to my frank opinion. BUT i've got to live with it. SIAN. Lucky there's band to calm me down.IB results came out today. 9 people got the full 45 pts, same as last year. But this year our average aggregate is 40.2 if i'm not wrong. That's way surpassed the world average of only 32 pts. GOOD JOB PEOPLE! SO THERES NOW A HOLIDAY ON FRIDAY! thanks so much to all those Year 6s last year! YOU ROCK!ok so i hate school. jus hate it. I look forward to the weekends. You had better come fast.That's the new year. Terrible. Bye.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
aww the sound of the carolers, the wonderful christmas cheers, and the delicious food cetianly made thijs christmas a real special one...
well firstly, caroling was great!! Although I have to project my voice a little louder since I'm a tenor =.= We went to Mervin's house for caroling as it was our last stop. I decided to stay over with the rest of the guys since it was super late. The countdown was 1 min late by the way LOLS...oh well so they played casino poker (I have no idea what it is actually called). Then I was finally at the computer playing dota with who else but AI. They really are useless. But anyways, jeremy chan soon took over and I finally knew what Left 4 Dead is. It basically a game with no storyline and is quite ridiculous. The town is infected by a disease that makes you turn into a zombie. So you have to shoot them. Almost like CS if you play multiplayer though. But it's quite okay although I WILL NEVER BUY IT. It's a waste of money, considering you cant LAN at home as it needs 8 people (less and it will be no fun at all). Another useless game, dont know whats all the fuss about. DOTA ROCKS!
So Daniel Liu asked me to play bass guitar for jamming sessions. I figured out that double bass is almost like the bass guitar. The strings are the same notes and every frat you press makes a semitone. COOL. NOW I PLAY THE BASS! Hope I'm good enough though...
Haiz...why must band spoil everything! Now Saturday's taken up by band but anyway there's cell so I guess I'll leave early. Well it's been a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS! THANK YOU GUYS FOR MAKING IT SO SPECIAL! THANKS FOR THE SMSES TOO!

Cool weekend!
yea it was a nice weekend! Well, cell was kinda cool! Daniel (LLLDDDLLL) just played the guitar while we were singing some nice songs..not xmas tho. Since there were so few people, we just watched "Facing the Giants", tho i already watched it at school XD.and then there was yesterday. We went tp Mind Cafe. The girls came along. There, we split into two groups and started playing board games (its a cafe that has all the board games you see). THe other group played Family Business and some other game while we played Jurassic jumble (kinda lame), Bang!, and Blockus (I dont know how to spell properly). It was fun although the $$$ was not. XD 2 hours for $10.50 with combo somemore, which came with food (just some "munchies")!After that, we were SUPPOSED to play some game like CS. BUT there were 10 of us and there were 10 SEPARATE seats. If we went ahead, those people that dont know how to play, like yours truly, would be in trouble. SO WE WENT FOR DOTA! woots...played till almost 8pm then we went for dinner. Then Aaron left for malaysia.Oh well that concludes my weekend. Singapore is not exactly owning in the AFF cup. And I've got homework to do. See the Westerners at Farmart tomorrow!

The Day the Earth Stood Still
yet another sci-fi movie. If I'm not wrong, The Day the Earth Stood Still is based on a novel and is a remake of a super old movie. Well, nowadays people aren't so caught up with sci-fi. So I guess it's a remake. How bout MARS ATTACKS eh? ewww...Well, basically it's about this alien guy (I forgot his name, too hard to remember) acted by Keanu Reeves who DESCENDS TO EARTH!! WOOTS so cool eh! The aliens have come to kill us! yay...LMAO. So he says that he has come to save the planet..but later Helen, the main character, a microbiologist, discovers that the aliens have come to save the Earth, not the human race, cos the humans are the ones who have caused much destruction, and now they have come to wipe them out. So, there are spheres that act as arks like in the bible (Noah). The aliens save as many species as they can. BUT NOT HUMANS...ooo...So finally Keanu discovers that humans can change. Everyone can. When they are pushed to the "brink". He sees the love between mother and son (Helen and her son Jacob) when they both visit the husband's grave. He finds Man's other side! SO YAY! WE ARE SAVED...zzz...oh well nice effects tho. Exactly like Cloverfield. But cloverfield is terrible. BORING.

3D2N is definitely not enough...I WANT MORE MAFIA AND FAMILY BUSINESS!!!You see, Family Business is a game of backstabbing and allying. Your job is to kill everyone else's "family" of mobsters. When you put down a contract card, you contract someone to put one of his mobsters onto the death row. When there are six cards there, mob wars begin!! There are basically "reverse" cards and "rescue" cards. BUT there are different kinds of each kind of cards. Even contract cards have things like "priority contract" or "double contract", even "no family influence"(family influence is a reverse card used when someone contracts you so you dont have to put a card on death row.THE BIGGEST GAME EVER IS MAFIA (extended version taught by shermaine)!!! UNFORTUNATELY EVERYONE VOTED ME OUT 2nd and 1st respectively for the first two games XD Thanks arh!oh well other than games i find camp a bit too short eh? oh well...next year will come soon enough..

Sorry yesterday didnt write a full post..Basically, grace and i went to church to do some singing with don. THANKS TO IT, i am now the male sop in PT....zzzOkay so many songs for the caroling thing...cool eh? urghh...GCOC CAMP 2008!!
